Interlock system is the safest and most suitable solution for managing the passage of people and/or material within a cleanroom, useful for isolating sterile environments from contamination.

The interlock system consists of:

• an easily programmable control unit, which allows to set different configurations and timing reaching the desired logic. The control unit manages the electric locks, the traffic lights and the accessories connected to it;
• traffic lights, equipped with red/green light, emergency button and acoustic alarm buzzer;
• a solenoid lock or solenoid bolt, equipped with a door status contact, which automatically unlocks in absence of power, freeing the passage.

All accessories are flush-mounted into the door frame.

For ATEX areas with high explosion risk, a pneumatic interlock system that acts with compressed air is available.
